About Modular500
Modular500 are a leading off‑site modular construction company delivering high‑quality modular buildings across the UK. We design, manufacture and install projects for some of the UK’s best‑known brands including KFC, Starbucks, Greggs, Taco Bell, Domino’s and many more. Our work ranges from drive‑thru restaurants and retail kiosks through to commercial buildings and specialist modular projects.
The Role
This is a hands‑on role working nationwide on live construction and modular installation projects. You will work as part of a team delivering, installing, finishing and maintaining modular buildings on sites across the UK. The role will involve regular working away, travel and varied site environments. No two weeks are the same.
Duties Include:
- Assisting with modular building installations
- Internal and external finishing works
- Cladding and roofing joints
- General construction and snagging tasks
- Site maintenance and aftercare works
- Loading/unloading materials and equipment
- Supporting crane lifts and module positioning
- Working safely and professionally on live construction sites
- Representing Modular500 positively on client sites
What We’re Looking For
Experience within construction, modular buildings, joinery, cladding, roofing or general site work would be an advantage. However, attitude is more important to us than experience. We are looking for people who:
