We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Test Analyst to join the Technology Work Stream of our BPO Transformation Project. You will work under the direction of the Test Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and integrity of technology solutions across IFS Cloud, Esker, and Salesforce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical designs to develop detailed test scenarios and test cases.
- Execute system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across IFS Cloud, Esker, and Salesforce applications.
- Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure accurate traceability of test cases to requirements.
- Identify, log, and manage defects using appropriate test management tools, working with developers and vendors to ensure timely resolution.
- Support test planning and preparation activities, including data setup and environment readiness.
- Participate in regular stand-ups, test reviews, and defect triage meetings.
- Provide regular status updates to the Test Lead and escalate risks or issues as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of test processes and standards across the technology work stream.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in software testing, preferably within ERP, automation, or CRM platforms.
- Hands-on experience with IFS Cloud, Esker, or Salesforce is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, V-Model).
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, HP ALM).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.
Desirable:
- ISEB/ISTQB Foundation Level Certification or higher.
- Experience in BPO or large-scale transformation programs.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools is a plus.
