Role Descrpition
- Location: London – Hybrid; 2-3 days a week in the office and some travel in the UK and across Europe.
- We are looking for [three] commercially minded and highly analytical finance professionals to join our Group Transformation Office – each supporting two Strategic Business Units.
- Initial period of 6-9 months and may become long-term assignment.
- This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in driving multi-million of benefits across a portfolio of strategic change projects across our full value chain and businesses in 23 countries.
What you will be doing
- Taking the lead in shaping and preparing business cases for transformation spanning investment, resources and benefits, ROI and KPIs / milestones / action plans – ensuring optimal outcomes are planned and deliverable.
- Training colleagues in our businesses in our standard approach for delivery of high quality and robust change propositions and business cases.
- Acting as the “glue” between central workstreams / SMEs and our businesses across 23 countries to ensure consistency in our approach.
- Partner with transformation and local teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting.
- Leading training in variance analysis of project benefits and investment, explaining drivers of performance and delivering insight for decision making and performance management.
- Ensuring accurate and timely forecasting, budgeting, and 5-year planning cycles to make sure that transformation and investment impacts are fully reflected
- Ensure business cases and actuals are aligned with Modulaire Group accounting standards and best practices.
What we are looking for
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Extensive experience in financial analysis and project accounting.
- Transformation experience with preparing business cases.
- Analytical mindset — able to reconcile data, spot variances, and test assumptions.
- Familiarity with IFRS capitalization rules and capex governance processes.
- Advanced Excel and modelling skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communicator with good judgement — able to collaborate, arbitrate and say “no” when needed.
- Proactive, resilient, and confident in challenging and supporting stakeholders.
- Curious-minded with experience of challenging in a collaborative and productive manner.
- Able to manage detail while keeping sight of the bigger picture.
