The Role:
As our Change Communication Manager, you’ll support our enterprise-wide transformation programme by creating clear, engaging, and impactful internal content. Working closely with our Change Lead and senior transformation professionals, you’ll help colleagues understand and engage with change across our organisation. This is a hands-on communications delivery role within the Transformation Office, with opportunities to further grow your career in change management and communications.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver internal communications aligned to the transformation strategy across a wide range of channels (intranet, emails, newsletters, video, townhalls).
- Translate complex programme updates into simple, easy-to-understand messages for different audiences.
- Support engagement activities, gather stakeholder input, and refine messaging.
- Monitor communications effectiveness and suggest practical improvements.
- Contribute to and lead other change initiatives, such as training, user adoption, or reward and recognition.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years’ experience in change management, consulting, or internal communications.
- Strong writing skills and ability to create clear, engaging content for multiple audiences.
- Experience managing communications across internal channels.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Motivated to build your career within a change management and transformation function.
