As well as build capability and improve performance across all critical value streams. We see procurement as a central lever in the transformation, ensuring disciplined spend control, structured governance, transparent reporting, and consistent ways of working across all countries and categories.
Purpose of the Role
The Global Excellence Lead for Procurement is accountable for managing and coordinating the Procurement Workstream within Modulaire’s strategic transformation programme. This is a hands-on role overseeing execution of all procurement initiatives, ensuring full end-to-end visibility, governance, and reporting across Group Procurement and local country teams. Leading this programme you will ensure initiatives, milestones, actions, financial phasing, risks, and supporting documentation are fully accurate and up to date. You'll also act as the central coordination point across Procurement, Finance, the Transformation Office, Legal, and all SBUs, ensuring alignment, timely issue resolution, and consistent adoption of the Procurement Operating Model.
To be successful in this role you'll bring;
• 10+ years’ experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management.
• Proven experience delivering procurement or operational transformation.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Skilled in stakeholder management across Finance, Legal, Operations, and Commercial teams.
• Strong project management capability.
• Familiarity with procurement tools and project management systems.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Comfortable in matrixed, multi-country environments.
