Modulaire are Europe and Asia Pacific’s leading specialist in modular services and infrastructure. We design and deliver whatever our customers need, whenever and wherever they need it! One of our key aims is to drive operational excellence by improving transport planning and logistics execution, ultimately driving greater efficiencies across the end-to-end supply chain. A core enabler of this will be the implementation of a new Transport Management System (TMS) across the Group.

As our Programme Manager, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of the TMS implementation, starting in France and scaling across additional geographies. Your key objective is to successfully implement and embed our Transport Management System across multiple countries. You will support integration by ensuring the solution is adopted, operationally effective and delivering measurable benefits. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will have ownership of programme execution. This includes:

  • Programme management of the global TMS implementation
  • Coordination of country rollouts, starting with France
  • Delivery support for additional delivery and logistics initiatives aligned to Project One
  • Stakeholder engagement across operations, planning, fleet, procurement and IT
  • Vendor and implementation partner management
  • Change, adoption and handover into business-as-usual

To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Proven experience of software system implementation at global level, as well as management of legacy systems
  • Transformation programme management experience ideally within Logistics, Transport, or Supply Chain
  • Direct experience of TMS or similar transport, routing, or planning system desirable
  • Vendor management or experience collaborating with implementation partners
