We are seeking a dynamic Internal Communications Manager with a passion for content creation and a strong focus on transformation and change management to join our team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing internal communication strategies that support organizational change initiatives, enhance employee engagement, and foster a positive company culture. A proven ability to craft compelling content and communicate effectively during periods of change is essential, as is a strong background in content creation, storytelling, and leveraging digital communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging internal communication strategies to support our organizational transformation and change campaign.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to embed change initiatives by aligning messaging, creating engagement opportunities, and reinforcing desired behaviours.
  • Create, curate, and distribute compelling content for internal channels including intranet, newsletters, emails, videos, and internal social media platforms that communicate change effectively.
  • Work with the Group Communications Director and the Transformation Office (TO) to craft messages and tactics that inform, educate and inspire employees of the benefits and positive impact of our transformation.
  • Manage and produce targeted internal communication campaigns that address various stages and workstreams within the transformation programme.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives related to change management and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage and produce regular internal communication campaigns, ensuring relevance and timeliness.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice in all communications activities, ensuring our transformation campaigns are anchored in the broader Modulaire Group strategic narrative.
  • Stay updated with best practices and trends in internal communication and content creation.
Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience specifically in change communications, internal communications, or employee engagement roles.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with attention to clarity and tone.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or leading communication for organisational change initiatives (e.g., restructures, system rollouts, cultural change programmes).
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience managing internal communication channels and platforms.
  • Comfortable advising senior leaders with confidence and discretion.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Desirable
  • Experience in a medium-to-large organisation or multi-site environment.
  • Experience using digital internal comms tools (e.g., SharePoint, Workplace, Teams, Staffbase, Yammer).
  • Knowledge of employee engagement measurement techniques.
  • Basic graphic design or content creation capabilities (Canva or equivalent).
