We are seeking a high calibre Group FP&A Analyst to join Modulaire Group in a fast‑paced, private equity‑backed environment. This role is critical to supporting senior leadership with high‑quality financial insight, rigorous analysis, and clear storytelling across a complex, multi‑region business. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Planning & Insights Manager and wider Group Finance team, playing a key role in budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and strategic decision support. This is a demanding role that requires strong technical capability, intellectual curiosity, resilience, and the confidence to operate in a challenging, high‑expectation PE environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation and ongoing ownership of Forecasts and Budgets Long‑Range Planning (5‑year plan) across multiple regions and business units
  • Support with the building and maintenance of robust financial models
  • Partner with the business units (SBUs) to identify risks and opportunities and improve forecast accuracy
  • Support scenario analysis and runrate analysis to assess downside/upside cases
  • Group‑level reporting and insight role, where success is defined by judgement, collaboration, and an end‑to‑end understanding of the business

Performance Analysis & Insight

  • Identify trends, anomalies, and emerging risks early, escalating insights proactively
  • Support ad‑hoc analysis for senior management, the Board, and private equity stakeholders
  • Support the performance reporting team on production of the Monthly MOR packs including P&Ls, KPIs, Capex and Working Capital.

Business Partnering

  • Act as a trusted finance partner to regional (SBUs) and functional stakeholders (OBUs) - working closely with Corporate Development, Transformation, Operations and Commercial teams.
  • Translate complex financial information into clear, commercial insights for non‑finance audiences
  • Support performance improvement initiatives and value creation projects
  • Improve FP&A processes, templates, and reporting standards to increase efficiency and consistency
  • Support automation and simplification of models and reports where possible
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and strong audit trails across all outputs
  • Contribute to the development of best‑in‑class FP&A practices suitable for a PE‑backed business

Skills & Experience

  • Qualified or part‑qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA preferred)
  • 3–5+ years’ experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or a similar analytical role
  • Good understanding of P&L, cash flow, and commercial KPIs
  • Experience working in a highly commercial, or fast‑growth environment is a strong advantage
  • Advanced report‑building and data interpretation skills, including working with large, complex datasets
  • Hands‑on experience with enterprise financial systems and reporting tools such as Oracle / SmartView for data retrieves (or equivalent consolidation and planning systems)
  • Experience of working with Power BI (or similar BI tools) to build dashboards, automate reporting, and generate actionable insights would be a strong advantage
  • PowerPoint skills with the ability to present clear, structured financial narratives
