As Global Workstream Lead for our Installations function, you have full accountability for transforming our delivery plans and executing against large rental and sales projects. You'll deliver against the full lifecycle - from bid submission to contract execution, installation, and project close-out.

The key objective of this position is to improve consistency, control, and margin realisation across the Modulaire Group by addressing systemic causes of gross margin erosion. Ensure every project is executed safely, efficiently, and profitably. Acting as the single point for our Installation function, you'll define, pilot, standardise, and embed best practice across all Strategic Business Units across Europe, ensuring that learnings and solutions are replicated quickly and effectively across the Group. Through this work, you'll play a key role in shaping a high-performance project execution culture across Modulaire — building consistency, capability, and continuous improvement within each SBU.
To be successful in this role you'll bring:
- Extensive experience leading operational delivery, installation, or project management in modular construction, building services, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven track record in process transformation or operational excellence programmes across multiple sites or countries.
- Deep understanding of bid, contract, and project execution processes, including risk management and financial controls.
- Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management (Commercial, Operations, Finance, HSE, Procurement).
- Comfortable working in complex, matrixed organisations with local autonomy and cultural diversity.
- Skilled in project planning, KPI reporting, and benefit tracking tools (IFS, Smartsheet, Power BI, or similar).
- Fluent in English with additional European language(s) beneficial.
