Modulaire are looking for a seasoned Continuous Improvement leader to drive step-change performance across our global Production Service Centres—the operational engine of our rental business. This is a high-impact role focused on transforming safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost through Lean optimisation, standardisation, and capability building.

What You'll Do

  • Own and lead the global Service Centre improvement workstream within a major transformation programme
  • Design and implement a standardised production system (Lean, flow, 5S, VSM, standard work, capacity planning)
  • Identify and eliminate inefficiencies across end-to-end operations
  • Pilot, codify, and scale best practices across multiple countries ('copy/paste' deployment)
  • Drive measurable improvements in quality, lead time, cost per unit, and productivity
  • Build high-performing teams through coaching, training, and structured capability development
  • Establish robust KPI frameworks, data reporting, and performance governance
  • Partner cross-functionally (Operations, Finance, Procurement, Engineering, Commercial) to optimise end-to-end value

What You Bring

  • 10+ years in operations / industrial environments (modular, construction, or asset-based preferred)
  • Proven track record delivering multi-site Lean / operational excellence transformations
  • Strong expertise in production systems, process improvement, and performance management
  • Experience building operating models, playbooks, and scalable standards
  • Data-driven mindset with strong business case and analytics capability
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and change leadership skills
  • Fluent English; additional European languages a plus
