What Youâll Do Lead from the front : Be a hands-on technical leader, guiding a team of developers and QA engineers. Architect the future : Design and build scalable, secure, and high-performing systems using modern cloud-native technologies. Deep expertise in .NET, AWS, and Infrastructure-as-Code. A passion for clean, scalable architecture and event-driven systems. Strong interpersonal skillsâyou know how to bring out the best in people. A delivery mindset with a focus on value, security, and resilience. Experience with microservices, TDD, and DevOps practices. Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
