What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead & Inspire: Coach and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed ambitious revenue targets.

- Market Expansion: Identify and activate new business opportunities, including industrial and public sector channels.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with marketing, product, and finance to align sales actions with business goals.
- Drive Performance: Use data-driven insights to forecast, report, and optimize sales performance.
- Shape the Future: Contribute to product development and innovation through customer insights and feedback.
Deliver against a long-range plan of £80M GTV, £5M revenue, and £3M EBITDA by 2028. Build a central sales function generating 10,000+ auction units annually. Lead a regional team exceeding £750K per-person annual quotas. Support growth across all Cox Automotive business units.
What You Bring
- Proven success in B2B sales leadership, with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
- Experience managing field and desk-based teams in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to interpret financial data to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
