Position Description

We require a self-driven, hardworking individual to work as part of the Quality Team.

Reporting to the Operations Team, this person will be an integral part of our improvement process as we upgrade our facilities to suit the ever increasing demand of the data centre market and improve the quality of our product for our existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Final inspection of all AHU’s in the factory.
  • Data recording of any faults found during inspection.
  • Work with shopfloor and office regarding any issues relating to specs, drawings and components.
  • Update Not Right First Time, Failure Modes, Inspection Findings.
  • Involvement in creating SOP’s, Work Instructions and Quality Alerts.
  • Provide quality reports to the Quality Team for production / quality meetings.
  • Provide some training to new members of staff, which in turn will increase standards across the site.
  • If required and if capacity dictates, assist fitting department on the manufacture of AHU’s.
  • Required Education & Qualifications
  • Inspection experience is preferred, but not essential
  • AHU knowledge/experience is essential
  • Have knowledge and experience of Microsoft IT systems
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Logical and methodical approach to problem solving
  • Have good written & communication skills
