Report To: General Manager
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week (Monday‑Friday 8.30am – 5pm + additional where required)
Salary: £26,000 – £29,000 per annum
Benefits: 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), standard pension contributions
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare artwork templates using Adobe Illustrator, ensuring accuracy and consistency across designs.
- Review and check customers’ final artwork, producing 3D visuals where required for client approval.
- Carry out pre‑flight checks on artwork to identify errors, ensure correct specifications, and maintain consistency prior to production.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure artwork and designs are production‑ready and meet project requirements.
- Maintain organised files and documentation for all design and artwork projects.
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience in artwork checking and pre‑press / pre‑flight processes.
- High attention to detail with strong problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative with a strong eye for detail.
- Methodical and quality‑focused.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
