Based: Based in West & North Yorkshire with travel across the UK. Combination of office-based, remote, and on-site event work.

About the position

Everybody’s Cycling are looking for a passionate and organised full-time Event Coordinator to join our friendly team. This role is a great opportunity for someone who loves bringing people together, delivering engaging events, and supporting inclusive, community-focused work.

You’ll play a key role in planning and delivering cycling events across the UK, working closely with clients, partners, and our fantastic delivery team. This is a hands-on and varied role combining logistics, client management, on-site delivery, and administration.
