At our UK manufacturing site in Harwell, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials that support Moderna’s cutting-edge mRNA manufacturing operations. Working within a fast-paced GMP environment, you will be a key contributor to warehouse and logistics activities that enable continuous manufacturing support across a 24/7 operation.

You will help ensure materials, inventory, documentation, and deliveries are managed accurately and efficiently, directly contributing to the production of innovative mRNA medicines that have the potential to impact patients worldwide.
Here's What You'll Do:
- Receive inbound deliveries and verify shipments against purchase orders, delivery documentation, and associated paperwork.
- Review delivery documentation for accuracy and completeness, obtaining any missing documentation required to verify incoming materials.
- Upload and maintain delivery and inventory records within Moderna’s quality management systems in accordance with GMP requirements.
- Pick, verify, and prepare warehouse materials to support manufacturing requirements and operational schedules.
- Learn and implement Moderna’s internal procedures for material labeling, handling, storage, and movement while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Support broader logistics activities, including outbound shipments, deliveries, and coordination of material movements across the site.
- Complete all required departmental and operational training programs to build proficiency across warehouse and logistics functions.
- Independently coordinate deliveries to internal customers, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of requests.
- Execute daily SAP transactions to maintain inventory accuracy and support operational workflows.
- Perform daily warehouse cycle counts and inventory reconciliations to ensure stock accuracy.
- Efficiently manage the segregation and control of expired materials in accordance with site procedures and quality requirements.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records within SAP and support inventory management best practices.
- Partner closely with manufacturing and operational teams to ensure materials are available when needed to support continuous site operations.
- Contribute to a highly collaborative environment focused on operational excellence, quality compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Gain exposure to Moderna’s digital-first operating model, including technology-enabled warehouse processes and opportunities to work alongside advanced digital and data-driven tools that support manufacturing operations.

Here’s What You’ll Need (Basic Qualifications):
- Educated to a high standard.
- Experience in GMP or GDP operations.
- Knowledge of Quality Management systems.
- 2+ years of experience in Warehouse Operations.
- Experience in a highly regulated industry, Pharmaceutical, or related field.
- Ability to lift and move products.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (SAP, Smartsheet, Microsoft Word, and Excel).
- Ability to be flexible when required.
