Moderna Harwell site is seeking a senior scientist to lead the development, validation, and deployment of advanced molecular assays across multiple clinical programs.

You will collaborate with molecular biologists, NGS scientists, and bioinformaticians to deliver robust, scalable assays that inform decision‑making across Phase 1–3 studies.

You will own end‑to‑end assay workflows, from method development to tech transfer, while interacting with QA, regulatory, and IT teams.
