In this role, you will operate at the core of Moderna's UK manufacturing operations, ensuring seamless warehouse and logistics support within a 24/7 GMP environment. You will play a critical role in enabling the flow of materials that power mRNA manufacturing, directly supporting production continuity and compliance. This is a hands‐on, high‐impact position where precision, ownership, and operational excellence are essential to advancing Moderna's mission.
Here's What You'll Do:
- Receive inbound deliveries, verifying shipments by checking paperwork and documentation against purchase orders.
- Proactively obtain any missing documentation required to validate delivery information and ensure compliance.
- Upload and manage all relevant documentation within Moderna's quality management systems.
- Pick, verify, and stage materials within the warehouse to meet manufacturing and production requirements.
- Learn and implement Moderna's internal procedures for labeling and handling materials, ensuring full compliance with safety, GMP, and operational standards.
- Support broader logistics operations, including coordinating shipments and deliveries across site functions.
- Complete all required training associated with warehouse, logistics, and GMP operations.
- Independently coordinate deliveries to internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of materials.
- Execute daily SAP transactions with precision, maintaining real‐time system accuracy.
- Perform daily cycle counts within the warehouse, ensuring inventory integrity and traceability.
- Manage the segregation and control of expired materials, ensuring compliant handling and disposal.
- Maintain accurate, up‐to‐date inventory records within SAP, supporting audit readiness and operational transparency.
- Contribute to a 24/7 operational environment, ensuring consistent support for manufacturing activities.
- Engage with evolving digital tools and systems, with opportunities to interact with advanced technologies—including AI‐driven and data‐centric platforms—to continuously improve warehouse and logistics processes.

Here's What You'll Need (Basic Qualifications):
- Educated to a high standard.
- Experience in GMP or GDP operations.
- Knowledge of Quality Management systems.
- 2+ years of experience in Warehouse Operations.
- Experience in a highly regulated industry, Pharmaceutical, or related field.
- Ability to lift and move products.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (SAP, Smartsheet, Microsoft Word, and Excel).

This position is site‐based, requiring you to be at Moderna's site full‐time. This position is not eligible for remote work. As part of Moderna's commitment to workplace safety, this role may require an enhanced pre‐employment check.
Fixed Shift Pattern: What is a 2-2-3 work Schedule? The 2-2-3 or the Panama schedule is a slow rotation cycle of 28 days where each employee works in a 12-hour shift every day. The schedule is based on working from 7am to 7pm (days).
