Label assistant wanted for multifaceted music company.

We’re looking for a passionate, driven and detail-oriented Label Assistant to join our team in Liverpool. This is a hybrid role, combining in-office and remote work, supporting both day-to-day label operations and artist management.

Key Responsibilities

Label Support

• Digital ingestion (metadata, label copies, lyrics, DSP pitching)
• Product management for physical releases (stock, canvassing, test pressings, templates, barcodes, retail support)
• Album campaign support (listening links, clearance checks, pre-save setup with digital team)
• Publishing – PRS Registration Support

Management Support

• Calendar updates and scheduling
• Liaising with external partners (PR, radio, TV)
• Assisting with finance tasks (gathering invoices, budgets, tracking spend)
• Touring and live logistics (scheduling, liaising with team members)

• Detail-oriented and organised
• Flexible with their time (this is not a strict 9–5 role and may require occasional evenings and weekends)
• Passionate about discovering new music and attending gigs
• Resourceful and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Preferably has previous ingestion/data experience or music industry-related experience
