Through our specialist Science Parks division, we work with some of the UK's most innovative businesses, helping start-ups, scale-ups and established organisations maximise the value of their technology investments. As our Science Park customer base continues to grow, we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Executive to help us increase engagement across our tenant community and create new commercial opportunities.
The Role
The ProjectCoordinator will be working on our PSTN Migration project, and will beresponsible for providing administrative and coordination support for customer migrations from legacy PSTN and copper-based services to replacement connectivity and voice solutions.
This is a high-volume, administration-focused role, requiring excellent organisation, attention to detail and customer communication skills. You will manage migration orders and associated records, place and track orders with suppliers, arrange appointments, maintain accurate information across internal systems and supplier portals, and ensure customers and internal teams are kept updated throughout the migration process.
You will work closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure migrations progress smoothly, agreed dates are achieved and any issues or delays are identified and escalated promptly.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Processing and tracking customer migration orders
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with customers and suppliers
- Arranging appointments and chasing outstanding actions
- Keeping customers updated on progress
- Escalating delays or issues where needed
What good looks like to us:
- Previous experience in an administration, order management, provisioning, customer service or coordination role.
- Comfortable managing a high volume of orders, tasks and customer records.
- Previous experience working for /with an MSP
- Understanding of provisioning / connectivity beneficial, but not essential - if you are an amazing administrator who loves speaking to customers we want you!
