This Is a Field Sales Role Where You’ll:

  • Foster genuine conversations with customers about the Modern Milkman door‑to‑door.
  • Build meaningful relationships and win new customers who love sustainable, farm‑fresh produce.

  • Take ownership of your KPIs and targets to grow your earnings.
  • Report to the Direct Sales Manager.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Sales experience desirable, but complete training and support given.
  • A valid driving licence is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills with a warm, engaging manner.
  • Self‑motivated to reach and exceed targets.
  • Resilient and able to handle rejection.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
  • Capable of being on your feet and active throughout the day.
