What you’ll do…
- Foster genuine conversations with customers about The Modern Milkman at the doorstep
- Build meaningful relationships and win new customers who love sustainable, farm-fresh produce (as much as we do!)
- Support our mission and help to reach key growth goals
- Take ownership of your KPI’s and targets to grow your earnings
What we’re looking for…
- Based in Swindon or within commutable distance (travel is part of the role) ideally with a UK valid driving licence
- Excellent communication skills with a warm, engaging manner
- Self‑motivated to reach and exceed targets
- Resilient and able to handle rejection
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Happy to be out and about and on foot every day, in all weather!
- No sales experience necessary (although beneficial) - we’ll train and support you (we’re excited to help you achieve!)
- Experienced in customer facing roles, hospitality, retail
