This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced CRM Executive to make an impact at a growing business with an inspiring mission. Our goal at Modern Milkman is to make the home sustainable, and, to date, we've prevented over 100 million plastic bottles from polluting the planet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the planning and execution of email campaigns promoting the core product range and new product launches.
  • Build and optimise campaign flows, including product spotlights, seasonal campaigns, and promotional pushes.
  • Develop content briefs that bring products to life and align with brand tone and messaging.
  • Collaborate and support the Senior CRM Executive on campaign calendar planning and segmentation strategy.
  • Test, measure, and optimise campaigns to maximise open rates, click-throughs, and conversion.
  • Report on campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Keep on top of CRM and email marketing best practices, applying fresh ideas to improve effectiveness.

Skills & Experience:

  • Solid experience in CRM or email marketing, ideally in a consumer brand environment.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing email campaigns end-to-end.
  • Strong writing and briefing skills, with an eye for engaging product storytelling.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and automation platforms (Braze is a plus).
  • Data-driven mindset with a clear understanding of key CRM performance metrics.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once.
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
