Job Overview

We are currently seeking a TIG/MIG Welder to join our client in the Leicester area. This is a full‑time position with overtime available. If you have experience with TIG/MIG welding and a strong work ethic, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general MIG/TIG welding duties on a variety of metal components.
• Maintain high quality and safety standards at all times.
• Work as part of a team to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work towards high standards and tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Previous MIG/TIG welding experience in a production environment.
• Welding test will be completed at interview stage.
• Good attention to detail and strong workmanship.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.

Schedule

We have AM and PM shifts available for this role.

• AM Shifts: 06:00 – 14:00, Monday to Friday.
• PM Shifts: 14:00 – 12:00 am, Monday to Wednesday; 14:00 – 11:30 pm Thursday. FRIDAYS OFF (unless overtime is required).
