Model ML is the AI workflow builder transforming how major financial institutions produce and validate client-ready work. Model ML converts complex, manual processes into fully automated AI systems that scale across global teams. In under a year, Model ML has become one of the fastest growing enterprise AI platforms worldwide and recently closed a $75 million Series A, one of the largest fintech Series A rounds ever.

About The Role

You’ll sit inside GTM as the technical spine for our biggest deals: when prospects bring real case studies, you’ll build tailored agents or workflows and present them back in sharp, commercial demos. In parallel, you’ll raise the floor for every seller by building repeatable onboarding and enablement: playbooks, certifications, battlecards, demo scripts, and deal-stage guides. You’ll work directly with sales leadership and the founders, and your work compounds by making each next deal faster, clearer, and more consistent.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years in M&A or investment banking, ideally followed by 1-2 years in private equity or another buyside seat.
  • Genuine product depth. You can learn a technical product to the level of the people who implement it, then translate that into commercial conversations.
  • A builder's instinct. You'd rather show the working prototype than write the memo.
  • Clear written and verbal communication. You'll be in front of MDs, partners, and heads of desk.
  • Devotion to sales. This is a commercial role. The technical depth exists to close accounts.

Nice to Have:

  • Hands-on experience with AI tools, prompting, or building agents and workflows.
  • Prior enablement, sales engineering, or solutions work at a B2B software company.
  • Exposure to enterprise procurement in financial services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own technical follow-ups on major banking and PE accounts. When a prospect describes a use case on a demo, you build the tailored Site or custom agent that shows exactly that, then present it back.
  • Lead technical demos. Yours is 'here's the custom agent we built for the exact workflow your team described.'
  • Run live builds when leads send case studies after initial demos.
  • Jump into big live deals that need custom positioning or a competitive response.
  • Build playbooks for every deal stage: discovery, demo, pricing, procurement.
  • Own launch readiness. When a feature ships, the field is trained and saying the same thing before the announcement goes out.
  • Drive adoption of new tools and processes across GTM, including the AI tools you build for reps: prompts, workflows, assistants.
  • Supply sales-facing assets: decks, case studies, ROI calculators.

Job Benefits

  • Competitive salary + equity.
  • Performance-based incentives.
  • Opportunity to be instrumental in our expansion into the region.
  • Numerous paths to senior roles. This seat is a springboard into senior sales, engagement management, or other leadership tracks as the company scales.
  • Supportive and innovative work environment.

To conclude, we're building a team of like-minded, incredibly smart, tenacious individuals with relentless work ethic and focus, all driving towards our very clear revolutionary mission. If you match this description, buy into that mission and you're at a career stage where you're ready to make your defining statement to the world.
