Location: Remote (with occasional travel to Milton Keynes as needed)

We’re seeking an ambitious and resourceful Fundraising Manager to join us in a sweat equity capacity, contributing to the financial success of this unique venture. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, share in the project\’s success, and be part of a visionary team.

Role Overview:
As Fundraising Manager, you will take ownership of securing the financial resources needed to turn Model Britain into a reality. This is an equity-based role, meaning your compensation will come in the form of equity ownership in the business, with the potential for future financial and professional growth as the project succeeds.

Key Responsibilities:
Fundraising Strategy: Design and implement innovative strategies to secure funding from a variety of sources, including grants, sponsorships, and private investments.
Grant Writing: Identify relevant grant opportunities and craft compelling applications to secure funding.
Sponsorship Development: Build and nurture relationships with corporate sponsors, crafting tailored partnership proposals.
Community Engagement: Develop and manage campaigns to encourage community donations and involvement.
Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and other key stakeholders.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives to raise awareness and secure financial support.
Collaboration: Work closely with the project’s leadership and marketing teams to align fundraising efforts with the overall vision.

Requirements:
Proven experience in fundraising, sponsorship development, or a similar role.
