Role Overview:
As Fundraising Manager, you will take ownership of securing the financial resources needed to turn Model Britain into a reality. This is an equity-based role, meaning your compensation will come in the form of equity ownership in the business, with the potential for future financial and professional growth as the project succeeds.

Key Responsibilities:
Fundraising Strategy: Design and implement innovative strategies to secure funding from a variety of sources, including grants, sponsorships, and private investments.
Grant Writing: Identify relevant grant opportunities and craft compelling applications to secure funding.
Sponsorship Development: Build and nurture relationships with corporate sponsors, crafting tailored partnership proposals.
Community Engagement: Develop and manage campaigns to encourage community donations and involvement.
Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and other key stakeholders.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives to raise awareness and secure financial support.
Collaboration: Work closely with the project’s leadership and marketing teams to align fundraising efforts with the overall vision.

Requirements:
Proven experience in fundraising, sponsorship development, or a similar role.
Track record of successfully securing funding through grants, sponsorships, or donor relations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including grant writing and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for building something from the ground up.
Ability to work independently and remotely, while staying aligned with project goals and timelines.
Interest in model building, tourism, or creative industries is a bonus but not essential.
