We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and hardworking manager who always puts the customer first. Our café/bar is a comfortable space for members to relax and socialise with their friends and family. You’ll need to motivate others in a busy environment by ensuring that you recruit the right team who, under your guidance, will deliver an exceptional customer journey. The successful applicant will report to the Club Director and will manage the front of house and kitchen team.
The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, will be involved in staff development and will ensure high levels of customer service are achieved. Strong leadership skills are required.

Originally built in 2002, Mode Club spans approx. 65,000 sq. ft. of leafy West London. Facilities include a 25m swimming pool, spa area with steam and sauna room, children’s pool, crèche, café, adult lounge and bar, business hub, gym, studios and outdoor tennis courts including padel courts. Whether in fitness mode, relax mode or work mode, members will find an eclectic mix of facilities carefully designed to gear them up for everything that life might bring.
