- Create eye-catching promotional materials, including event flyers, Freshers’ brochures, VIP marketing materials, and branded assets for web and social media.
- Design and edit engaging visuals for social media, including Reels, TikToks, and Stories.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create assets for email campaigns, web banners, and advertisements.
- Manage design projects within budget, liaise with printers, and explore cost-effective solutions.
- Prioritise multiple projects and meet strict deadlines, often on short notice.
- Work closely with internal teams, external promoters, University of Worcester contacts, and advertising partners.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Graphic Design role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Acrobat).
- Strong ability to create and edit short-form video content for social media.
- Experience editing and managing WordPress and WIX websites.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proofreading and sub-editing abilities.
