Mode Search is supporting the recruitment of a Global B2B Sales Manager – Home Collection for a premium luxury brand known for its exquisite craftsmanship and sustainable approach to homeware and fashion. With a strong heritage and a growing presence in the high-end market, the brand blends timeless design with modern sensibilities. This role will lead and expand the homeware division across wholesale and trade channels. This role suits someone with a strong background in luxury interiors, a passion for design, and an established network in the high-end interior design trade sectors. It is based in the west London head office and offers Hybrid work with 3 days from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with luxury retailers, interior designers, architects, and hospitality buyers.
  • Manage a wholesale & admin coordinator.
  • Report to the Global Commercial Director.
  • Drive B2B sales and meet targets through strategic account management and new business development.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Ideal Profile:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales within luxury homewares, interiors, or related sectors.
  • Strong client network and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Organised, commercially driven, and detail-oriented.
