The Wholesale Account Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting wholesale partners across the Americas and Asia Pacific regions. This position is key to driving sales performance, optimising assortments, and ensuring consistency in brand representation across external retail partners. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and strategic planning to identify opportunities for business development within the wholesale market.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners to support growth, optimise sell-through, and enhance overall partner satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with the wider sales team to plan and execute showroom activities, seasonal product presentations, and order capture.
  • Analyse sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, offering data-driven recommendations.
  • Liaise with marketing and communications teams to ensure wholesale communication supports a cohesive and recognisable brand message.
  • Deliver regular performance reports, highlighting sales metrics, market dynamics, and competitor activity.
  • Partner with visual merchandising teams to maintain alignment between wholesale environments and the brand’s core visual identity.
  • Achievement of regional sales targets.
  • Consistent brand image across all wholesale touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or related discipline (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a wholesale or account management role, preferably within a premium or luxury sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build influence and trust with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Solid analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and wholesale tools such as CRM or order management platforms (e.g., JOOR).
  • Willingness to travel for partner meetings and industry events.
  • Previous retail experience is a plus.
