Mode Search is supporting a global fashion brand in the recruitment of a Talent Coordinator to join their team. This opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about people, culture, and organisational development within the fashion and retail landscape.
The role is based in Oxfordshire, operating on a hybrid working model with 3 days a week in the office and 2 from home. The Talent Coordinator will report directly to the Global Talent Director.
The Role
- Provide administrative and coordination support across all talent development programs and initiatives.
- Assist in the planning and delivery of learning and development activities, including scheduling, logistics, and communication.
- Maintain and update internal systems and learning platforms with relevant content and data.
- Support with the collection and analysis of feedback and performance metrics to measure program effectiveness.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth execution of talent initiatives.
- Help organise employee engagement events, workshops, and internal communications campaigns.
- Prepare presentation materials and reports to support the Talent and HR teams.
- Coordinate onboarding processes and learning journeys for new hires.
- Champion company values and support the creation of a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a talent, HR, or learning & development support role.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident using digital tools and platforms; experience with LMS is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for people and culture.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
