Mode Search is proud to be partnering with a leading name in the luxury retail sector to support their search for a Talent Acquisition advisor on an interim basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career to gain valuable experience within a fast-paced, well-known retail environment.
This is a hybrid role based in London, with 2–3 days per week required in the company’s London Bridge office and the remainder worked remotely. The position reports directly to the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and is initially offered on a 3–6 month contract.
The Role
- Support the coordination and delivery of assessment centres for volume retail recruitment
- Build and manage talent pipelines for in-store retail consultant roles across the UK
- Assist with planning and executing seasonal hiring campaigns
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate outreach
- Liaise with store managers and hiring teams to understand staffing needs
- Provide administrative and scheduling support for interviews and recruitment events
- Ensure accurate tracking and documentation in the recruitment system
Requirements
- Previous experience in a recruitment or HR support role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working on multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Clear communicator with confident interpersonal skills
- Proactive and self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
- Interest in fashion retail and understanding of store-based hiring challenges
- Available to commit to a 3–6 month interim contract, with hybrid working flexibility
