Job Description Mode Search Ltd is exclusively partnering with a prestigious luxury brand in their search for a Store Manager. This beautiful luxury womenswear label has become known in the industry as the epitome of modern femininity. The British brand offers both RTW and a bespoke couture. This Store Manager role will be based at their flagship store. ROLE DESCRIPTION Oversee the day-to-day operations of the flagship boutique, ensuring an outstanding customer experience from start to finish. Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, enhance customer engagement, and drive the store’s overall performance. Foster strong, personalized relationships with clients, delivering bespoke service from the initial appointment through fittings to final collection.
