Mode Search is supporting a premium global retailer in the search for a Senior Reward Manager to join their team. This is a key appointment within a well-established and internationally recognised business, offering the opportunity to shape and influence reward strategy at scale. The role is based in London, operating on a hybrid working model with two days per week in the office. This position sits within the HR function and reports into the senior leadership team, working closely with key stakeholders across the business.
The Role
- Lead the development and execution of the company’s global reward strategy
- Manage and evolve compensation and benefits frameworks to ensure market competitiveness
- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide expert advice on reward-related matters
- Oversee salary benchmarking, pay reviews, and incentive structures
- Drive improvements in reward processes, policies, and systems
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and governance standards
- Support organisational change initiatives from a reward perspective
- Analyse reward data and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior reward or compensation role within a complex organisation
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, ideally within retail or a consumer-focused environment
- Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders effectively
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Experience managing reward projects and driving change initiatives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
