Mode Search are partnering with a premium fashion brand in their search for a Senior Talent Partner. This contract opportunity has been created to support the business. Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, the successful candidate will lead end-to-end recruitment across mid–senior level Head Office and corporate roles, supporting hiring activity across the UK and Europe.

This role suits an experienced in-house recruiter with strong stakeholder management skills and a proactive approach to delivery, able to operate at pace while maintaining an excellent candidate experience and strong hiring standards.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across Head Office / corporate roles, including senior hires
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define briefs, agree hiring approach, and keep processes moving
  • Build pipelines through direct sourcing (LinkedIn, referrals, networking and mapping)
  • Keep ATS data accurate and provide clear updates, reporting and hiring insight
  • Manage offers and negotiations, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout
  • Support TA projects and improvements across process, employer brand and candidate engagement

Proven in-house Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong track record hiring corporate / Head Office roles (retail experience a plus). Language Skills: European language.

Location: London (Hybrid with travel to on-site office). Salary: Competitive basic + car allowance. 2 days per week on-site.
