Job Description Mode Search is supporting a confidential Global Luxury Retail Brand in their search for a Retail Director. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced leader to join a prestigious brand and drive its continued growth. As Retail Director, you will oversee around 20 stores across the UK & Ireland, with full responsibility for retail operations in these regions. Leading a team of Store Directors and a small head office support team, your focus will be on driving sales growth, enhancing client development, and maintaining high operational and merchandising standards. You will also play a key role in developing and mentoring Store Directors to advance their careers. Reporting to the UK MD, you’ll collaborate with regional and global teams to align with the brand’s strategy, with a focus on growing the high jewelry category. Responsibilities: Develop annual budgets and strategies to achieve financial targets and maximize sales growth. Lead and guide the retail team to meet or exceed business objectives and sales goals.
