Mode Search is delighted to be partnering with a renowned global fashion retailer to appoint a Junior Pricing Analyst for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, international business known for its dynamic and collaborative culture. The role also offers strong potential to convert to a permanent position for the right individual.

Based in the London office, this hybrid role offers a working pattern of three days in-office and two days from home. The position reports directly into the Senior Retail Pricing Manager and plays a key role in supporting the broader pricing function.

The Role
  • Support the strategy and implementation of outlet pricing and promotional activity across retail channels
  • Own the preparation and presentation of weekly promotional documentation
  • Ensure all pricing and promotional updates are clearly communicated to stores
  • Collaborate with IT and systems teams to ensure accurate and timely updates
  • Action weekly system price changes under guidance, working closely with planning teams and leading the approval process
  • Apply established rounding rules to pricing events
  • Manage store pricing queries and liaise with the EU operations team for resolution
  • Assist in preparing weekly reporting and analysing data alongside the senior analyst
  • Run ad hoc pricing reports and ensure pricing accuracy in the system
  • Support the seasonal markdown process through reporting and data upload
Requirements
  • Proven experience working within cross-functional and remote teams
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
  • Familiarity with integrated systems such as RLM, JDA, or Forecast Horizon (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Logical thinker with a problem-solving mindset and ability to make data-driven recommendations
  • Exposure to retail math concepts
  • Experience with SQL and MicroStrategy is advantageous
