Mode is proud to be partnering with a fast-growing, award-winning luxury fashion house is looking for an experienced and strategic PR & Influencer Manager to lead communications and influencer initiatives across Europe.

Recognised for its modern craftsmanship, timeless design, and purpose-led approach to luxury, the brand has established a strong global presence and is stocked in leading international retailers. This role offers the opportunity to shape how the brand connects with audiences, press, and tastemakers across key European markets.

You will own the European influencer and PR strategy, building authentic relationships, driving earned media coverage, and ensuring consistent brand storytelling across fashion, lifestyle, and business platforms.Working closely with Marketing and Creative teams, you\’ll oversee influencer gifting, manage key media partnerships, and lead events and activations that strengthen brand equity and deliver measurable results.

The Role

• Lead influencer strategy across Europe, focusing on authentic, long-term relationships that drive brand awareness and impact.
• Manage a team of PR Assistants and Coordinators to deliver high-quality outreach and gifting programmes aligned with seasonal launches.
• Use Tribe (or similar tools) to identify and evaluate creators by engagement, content quality, and strategic fit.
• Track performance using reach, EMV, engagement, and conversion data to link influencer activity to business outcomes.
• Coordinate with Merchandising to align product send-outs with stock and campaign priorities.
• Represent the brand on key relationship-building trips and appointments in major European markets.
• Develop and execute seasonal PR strategies to secure high-quality earned media across Europe.
• Build and nurture relationships with editors, stylists, and journalists in top fashion and lifestyle titles.
• Manage media lists and coverage tracking and maintain a forward-looking press calendar.
• Collaborate with the Content team to deliver timely press releases, product news, and assets.
• Plan and execute press days, influencer appointments, and gifting suites that support launches and storytelling moments.
• Oversee all aspects of events — from guest list curation and location selection to execution and reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure PR and influencer alignment on broader brand campaigns.
• Collaborate with performance marketing to ensure influencer outreach supports affiliate goals.
• Partner with wholesale teams on localised press and influencer strategies for store launches and retail activations.
• Manage the PR and influencer budget, ensuring spend is strategic and well-documented.

Requirements

• 5+ years\’ experience in PR and influencer marketing, ideally within luxury or premium fashion.
• Fluent in French (written and spoken); additional languages such as Italian or Spanish are a plus.
• Established network of media and influencer contacts across Europe.
• Proven success in creating impactful, non-paid influencer programmes and securing earned media coverage.
• Experienced in Tribe, Cision, and Airtable (or similar tools).
• Strong team leader with excellent communication, organisation, and analytical skills.
• Passionate about craftsmanship, sustainability, and modern luxury.
