PR & Influencer Assistant – Luxury Fashion
Mode Search Ltd. is partnering with a fast-growing, award-winning luxury fashion brand based in London. The brand is recognised for its commitment to innovation, craftsmanship, and quality. This exciting opportunity supports PR, influencer, and marketing initiatives within a fast‑paced luxury environment.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify influencers within the luxury fashion space.
- Build and maintain influencer relationships, from outreach to campaign execution and performance analysis.
- Track industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Oversee daily influencer gifting orders and resolve logistics issues with internal teams.
- Analyse campaign effectiveness and report on ROI and engagement metrics.
- Act as the primary contact for all sample requests, including PR agencies and VIP partners.
- Maintain accurate sample tracking systems and ensure timely returns.
- Coordinate labelling, packing, and shipping of samples for internal and external teams.
- Support sample sales by organising stock, managing SKUs, and processing unsold returns.
- Ensure all samples are correctly recorded, barcoded, and displayed.
- Contribute to the execution of PR strategies to drive brand awareness.
- Identify press placement opportunities across global publications.
- Coordinate sample movements for VIP and editorial requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging with product launches and campaigns.
- Assist in organising events and brand activations.
- Maintain accurate content tagging within internal systems to support business reporting.
- Track co‑gifting initiatives with retail partners and compile results for presentations.
- Deliver weekly and monthly PR & influencer performance reports.
- Share daily updates on influencer gifting KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Fluency in Italian & English (additional European languages a plus).
- Previous experience in luxury PR, influencer marketing, or fashion communications.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury fashion market and Italian market landscape.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a flair for storytelling and brand positioning.
- Proficient in social media platforms and influencer marketing tools.
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Hybrid working (2 days in office)
