Job Description
Mode is proud to be partnering with a prestigious multi-brand shopping destination seeking an experienced Personal Shopper for its Oxfordshire location. This role offers the opportunity to work in a world-class retail environment, delivering exceptional experiences to an international clientele.
As a Personal Shopper, you will act as a trusted advisor, curating bespoke wardrobes and building strong client relationships. You will be responsible for growing a loyal client base, achieving sales targets, and ensuring every interaction reflects the elegance and exclusivity of luxury fashion.
The Role
- Provide personalised shopping and styling experiences tailored to each client’s lifestyle and preferences.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, driving loyalty and repeat business.
- Proactively grow your client book through outreach, appointments, and exclusive events.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering world-class customer service.
- Collaborate with store management and colleagues to deliver a seamless client journey.
- Support with product launches, activations, and private shopping events.
Requirements:
- Experienced in luxury retail, ideally as a Personal Shopper, Client Advisor, or Senior Sales Associate.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and build a loyal client base.
- Passionate about styling, fashion, and luxury experiences.
- Impeccably presented, articulate, and culturally aware.
- Commercially driven, proactive, and highly organised.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and peak trading periods.
Work pattern:
- 5 days a week on site
- This will include some Saturday & Sunday working, which is done on a rota basis
