Mode Search is proud to be partnering with a leading contemporary fashion brand to appoint a talented Marketing Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to join a dynamic and creative business that is shaping the future of contemporary fashion. This is a full-time hybrid role with four days in their London based office and one day from home. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the Marketing Manager will be instrumental in shaping and executing the brand’s marketing strategy across all channels. This role will oversee a social media manager.
The Role
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth across all channels.
- Manage the planning, execution, and analysis of seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
- Oversee all digital marketing activities, including email marketing, paid media, and social media strategy.
- Lead the creation and delivery of compelling content in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Partner with PR agencies to maximise media coverage, influencer partnerships, and brand storytelling.
- Monitor marketing performance through KPIs and analytics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to the leadership team.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring all activity delivers a strong return on investment.
- Support wholesale and retail teams with tailored marketing materials and in-store activation plans.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to continuously innovate and refine marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a marketing role within fashion, footwear or accessories brand.
- A strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Experience working closely with PR teams, content creators, and external agencies.
