Mode is proud to be partnering with a globally recognised contemporary luxury womenswear brand on the anticipated opening of a new concession within a leading luxury department store in London this September. We are currently seeking client advisors to join the launch team for this exciting new opening.
Known for its bold, feminine aesthetic, statement collections, and strong international following, this brand has built a loyal global customer base and continues to expand across key luxury retail locations worldwide. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates passionate about luxury fashion, styling, and clientelling to join a fast-paced, highly client-focused environment.
The Role:
- Deliver exceptional one-to-one customer experiences
- Build and maintain a strong client book through proactive outreach and relationship building
- Style clients across seasonal collections and key pieces
- Support boutique sales targets and KPI performance
- Maintain impeccable visual and service standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience within luxury or premium fashion retail
- Strong clientelling and personal styling skills
- Confident, personable, and commercially minded
