Mode is proud to be partnering with a prestigious luxury boutique specialising in fine jewellery, seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join their team in London. This business is performing strongly and offers excellent earning potential, alongside clear opportunities for progression and international exposure.
This role is based full-time in a Central London boutique and reports directly to the Store Director.
- Deliver an exceptional, highly personalised client experience within a fine jewellery boutique.
- Build, develop and maintain a strong client book, driving repeat business and long-term relationships.
- Proactively network and seek out new clients, both in-store and externally.
- Act as a brand ambassador, presenting with confidence, credibility and professionalism at all times.
- Work closely with a small, high-performing boutique team to achieve sales targets.
- Support and attend exclusive client events, private appointments and activations.
- Travel internationally (1–2 times per year) to support pop-ups and special retail events (e.g. seasonal destinations).
Proven experience in a senior sales executive role within luxury retail. Strong background in fine jewellery is preferred; Established client book or strong network with the ability to drive sales through relationships. Open and flexible to international travel.
