With a long-established heritage, the company is renowned for its timeless design, craftsmanship, and international presence across multiple product categories, including fashion, accessories, lifestyle, and hospitality.
The position is full-time, working on-site within the retail store environment.
- Oversee the daily operations and performance of a specific department within the store.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience at all touchpoints (pre-sale, in-sale, after-sale), building long-term client relationships.
- Analyse sales and performance data to identify trends and opportunities, presenting recommendations to senior management.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative work culture, resolving team concerns constructively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including health & safety, HR, loss prevention, and cash management.
Previous retail management experience, ideally as a Department Manager or similar role within fashion or luxury retail. Experience with visual merchandising and inventory management. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed, commercial decisions.
