This is an exciting opportunity to join a purposeāled accessories brand operating at the highest level of craftsmanship, quality, and integrity, within a dynamic and fastāpaced environment.
The role involves leading regulatory, supplier and product compliance across global operations. It is handsāon, working closely with senior leadership, product, sourcing and sustainability teams, ensuring full alignment with international regulations, ethical standards and brand quality requirements.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the compliance framework across product, supply chain and logistics
- Monitor and implement international regulations relating to product safety, chemical compliance, trade and labour standards
- Plan, manage and follow up on supplier audits, ensuring corrective actions are implemented and tracked
- Oversee preāproduction and bulk testing, certifications and compliance documentation
- Manage supplier onboarding, compliance records, subcontracting declarations and risk assessments
- Ensure product compliance across all destination markets, including labelling, technical files and customs documentation
- Liaise with thirdāparty testing laboratories and external partners
- Develop internal compliance policies, training and reporting for senior stakeholders
- Support sustainability, traceability and ESGārelated initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in compliance, quality, RM testing or regulatory roles within fashion, luxury or leather goods
- Strong knowledge of international compliance standards (e.g. REACH, Prop 65, CITES, product labelling)
- Experience working with global supply chains and customs processes
- Highly organised, detailādriven and confident managing multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in a fastāgrowing, entrepreneurial environment
Working Arrangements
Hybrid working in London office 2ā3 days per week.
