An established international luxury brand is seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to join its London-based HR team, supporting its UK Retail, Hospitality and operational populations.
This is a broad, hands-on HRBP position offering exposure across the full employee lifecycle within a fast-paced, international luxury environment.
The London office acts as the Global HQ and plays an important role in developing and driving global people initiatives, working alongside regional HR teams across the international business.
The Junior HRBP will act as a dedicated partner to a predominantly frontline UK population across retail stores and hospitality operations , while also providing support to the Senior HR team across the UK Head Office population.
The Role The Junior HRBP will be fully immersed across the HR lifecycle, acting as a hands-on partner to managers across the UK business.
Key responsibilities will include: Partnering with managers across UK Retail, Hospitality and other operational functions.
Supporting the Senior HR team with people initiatives and transformation projects.
Managing employee relations cases at the appropriate level and escalating complex or high-risk cases where necessary.
Conducting and supporting investigations, ensuring advice remains legally compliant.
Coaching and appropriately challenging managers to develop their people-management capability.
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance management and talent processes.
Supporting annual performance and development review cycles.
Delivering HR training to UK managers and employees.
Supporting annual compensation and reward processes.
Supporting the monthly payroll process.
Managing maternity leave, sickness absence risk assessments, return-to-work plans and associated administration.
Working with external providers where appropriate.
Collecting and analysing HR data to identify trends and support business decision-making.
Supporting HRIS data management and wider HR projects.
Leading or supporting HR projects from inception through to delivery.
