Junior Account Manager – Leading Fashion Supplier
This role is based full-time in the London office (five days per week) within the Sales department. The Junior Account Manager will report directly to a Senior Account Manager.
Mode Search is delighted to be supporting a leading global fashion design and manufacturing partner with the search for a Junior Account Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced business where design and integrity are at the core of everything they do.
The Role
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Senior Account Managers and Merchandisers, supporting the delivery of departmental plans.
- Keep internal systems accurate, up to date, and efficient.
- Process order sheets, purchase order checks, and reconciliations.
- Manage the critical path while coordinating with factories, logistics, and technical teams to ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Analyse sales data and market insights to identify new business opportunities or product gaps.
- Support the onboarding of new accounts and attend client meetings, trade shows, and customer visits as required.
- Partner with merchandising and production teams to ensure commercial and margin targets are met.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a fashion wholesale or supplier environment within a sales role.
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, costings, lead times, and critical path management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in relevant systems and a strong commercial mindset.
