Join our team at Mode Search! Due to growth, we are currently hiring for a Head of / Director Research to join our team. Mode Search is a leading global consultancy and search firm. We curate the inspiring individuals behind the world’s most desirable luxury brands, Fashion, Lifestyle, and the Creative industries. We believe in offering a flexible approach to clients and offering a truly personalised and bespoke service.
If you are a current resourcer, researcher or recruiter within an agency and can demonstrate consistent results in a previous similar role, we want to hear from you. You will need to be ambitious, target driven, confident, tenacious, and a true self–starter.
The role will be responsible for sourcing and headhunting candidates globally. Working side by side with the founders and Directors of Mode Search, you will receive hands-on guidance and support. The ideal candidate will have a real flair for developing our client experience whilst also really valuing candidate relationships, which is equally important to us as a business.
The role will offer the flexibility to develop into a 360 role or a Director of Research position. You will have the opportunity to get involved in creating your niche area where you can have true ownership and work across a variety of specialisms, including:
- Marketing
- PR and Social Media
- Creative
- Digital
- E-commerce and marketing
- Retail Operations
- Human Resources
