This is the perfect step up for an experienced Ladieswear advisor with a solid network of high- profile clients. You’ll play a key role in driving the clienteling strategy, participating in VIP events and trunk shows, working by appointment and creating a unique store experience. Alongside a competitive base salary, this role offers excellent commission potential. Responsibilities: Drive sales through VIP appointments, cross-selling, and upselling Deliver hands-on styling and lead by example in all clienteling activities Support press events and high-profile client appointments Ensure a client-centric approach, enhancing the in-store experience and promoting long-term client retention Act as a brand ambassador at all times Stay informed on competitor activity and evolving market trends Ensure compliance with POS procedures, cash handling, and stock loss prevention Identify, attract, and nurture new high-net-worth clients Foster a positive work environment, encouraging innovation and collaboration Demonstrate a commercial mindset, always seeking opportunities to add value Requirements: A minimum of 5 years\’ experience in luxury Ladieswear in London Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service Strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach Due to the volume of applications, we are unable to provide individual feedback at this stage.
