RTW GARMENT TECHNOLOGY MANAGER | LUXURY FASHION BRAND | 5-days Office
Mode Recruitment is partnering with an iconic luxury fashion brand who are looking for an experienced RTW Garment Technology Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded, design-led luxury brand, taking ownership of the technical development, fit, construction and production readiness of its womenswear RTW collections.
The Role:
- Lead, manage and develop the RTW Garment Technology team.
- Oversee garment fitting, grading, pattern development, construction and finishing standards.
- Manage technical approvals from development handover through to production.
- Ensure accuracy across technical specifications, BOMs and production documentation.
- Work closely with Design, Atelier, Production and external manufacturers.
- Drive exceptional product quality, technical consistency and continuous improvement.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Significant Garment Technology experience within luxury womenswear RTW.
- Exceptional technical knowledge of garment construction, pattern cutting, fitting and grading.
- Strong understanding of luxury manufacturing, suppliers and production processes.
- Proven team leadership and mentoring experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- A collaborative, hands-on approach and genuine appreciation for luxury craftsmanship.
